NE type bucket elevator

(1)   Widely adoptability for materials conveying .it has low requirements to material type, performance and size. It not only can convey fine material, but also can convey high abradability material. Temperature of material ≤250℃
(2)   High conveying capacity. This elevator has many types from NE15 to NE800. And the range of conveying capacity is 15~800m3/h.
(3)   Low driving power. The feeding of this elevator adopts inflow type, and the discharging adopts gravity induced. It adopts intensity arrangement and large capacity bucket conveying with low chain speed. When conveying material, there is no material return. So the driving power is low, and the bearing power in theory only is 25%~45~ of loop chain elevator
(4)   Long service life. The feeding of this elevator adopts inflow type, and it has seldom extrusion and collision between materials. The design of this elevator can guarantee   that there is no falling out when materials is fed, lifted and discharged, so it can avoid material abrasion. The conveying chain has adopted board chain with strong strength and high abradability , So it can prolong the service life of chain and bucket. According to the result from other countries, the service life of conveying chain can be over 5 years.
(5)   High lifting. This type elevator can run smoothly in low speed, and it has adopted board type chain with strong strength and high abradability, so it can improve lifting height (the height can achieve 40m).
(6)   Good sealing, and low environment pollution.
(7)   Running reliability. Advanced design principle can guarantee the whole machine running reliability without accident over 30000hours.
(8)   Easy to operate and maintain, few wearing parts.
(9)   Small machine size. Compared with other elevators with the same conveying capacity, this kind elevator has smaller machine size.
(10)  High accuracy of structure. The machine shell has been folded, welded, so this    
machine has good rigidity and beautiful appearance.
(11)  Low user cost. It can save energy consumption and seldom maintain, so user cost is  low.
