FNE needle felt series (Jiangsu Famous Brand)
FNE needle felt is one of our high-tech products and produced by mixing and carding more than 2 kinds of high temperature resistant fibers into fiber layers, then needle punching those layers repeatedly. What’s more, the high-performance and high temperature resistant filter material is finally formed with the feature of three-dimensional pore-forming. This filter material has the advantages of high temperature, corrosion resistant, anti-abrasion and folding, easily cleaning, as well as long durability.
In case of different chemical treatment and finishing treatment crafts, the filter felt can be water and oil resistant, used for the collection of high flow rate and high density fume dust.
