The hose crimping machine DSG-250A/B made by our factory is adopted to the locking of high-pressure plastic pipe, fibre pipe and rubber pipe. This machine owns many advantages, such as small dimension, small weight, multifunctional,fast die-opening, easy to operate and repair.

Ⅲ.Working principle

Under the of motor, the oil motor send hydraulic oil out to push piston in the locking oil cylinder move forward and then two inner cones of piston and front sylicder cover force the die of symmetrical cone to shrink, locking the pipe. When the setted data is reached the locking stops automaticlly and after veer of electromagnetic veer valve, the hydraulic oil enter two die-opening sylinder to push the locking piston to move along the reverse direction and die return under the force of spring.
