Tea is the leaves of plant Camellia sinensis Kuntze, Theaceae, mainly grows in China, India, Sri Lanka, Kenya, etc, usually can be divided into Green Tea, Black Tea, Oolong, White Tea, Yellow Tea and Pu-erh Tea based on various processing techniques. Catechins are the main components in tea polyphenol, which have the pharmacology activities of anti-oxidation, antibiotic, anti-virus, anti-tumor, anti-mutation, improving immune system, reducing blood lipids and steroid, etc. Tea is the most widely-consumed beverage after water; it has a cooling, slightly bitter, astringent flavor.

Instant Green Tea Powder
------ 100% soluble in water, ultra-membrane filtration with relatively light color and strong green tea flavor, the polyphenols is NLT30%, its polyphenols & catechins have a strong effect on anti-oxidation and physiological activity, with large quantities of applications and are most suitable for popular healthy green tea food or beverage use.
Instant Black Tea Powder
------100% soluble in water, ultra-membrane filtration with strong black tea flavor with moderate polyphenols and catechins, good stability, no sediment in high density and high acid environment, suitable for ice black tea, flavored tea drink, or beverage dispenser, with more comfortable flavor to the people who are more acceptable of Western appetite.
Instant White Tea Powder
