Gigalight's Tap Photo Detector (Tap PD) is a bybrid device that integrates a thin-film tap collimator with a high sensitivity PIN photodiode. The products adopt a new design solution that offers very high responsibility, low dark current, compact size with wide band-width, high reliability and low cost.
