Automatic Packaging System is a complete set of production line using automatic control equipments instead of artificial packing. First set weight of the materials when packing so that the machine can package into bags by itself. Through automatic packaging and weighing device, the materials will be bagged by automatic supply of bags and emptying device. After that the bags will be conveyed by conveyor to bag-sewing machine and sewed automatically, then through bag dumper to automatic check-weighing machine for weighing, the unqualified bags out of weight will be alarmed or rejected. Through trueing machine and flatting machine the qualified bags will be conveyed to palletized by automatic palletizing system. The whole system is operated automatically without manual operation. It can greatly reduce laborers and low labor intensity, save a lot of labour charges for enterprise, also can greatly improve the production efficiency and production safety.
