Usage and characteristic
WSZR series hot mine vibrating screen are widely used in metallurgy industry to accomplish the classification of the small and middle sinter ore whose temperature is about 600-800℃ and finish equably feeding material to the cooling equipment. Basing on the working situation, the motor can be installed in the left side or right side. According to the install locations of the motor and exciting machine, vibrating screen can be divided the upper vibrating and bottom vibrating types. We can design and manufacture different types of vibrating screen according to customer requirements.
Principle and structure feature
The two same vibrating motors which rotate synchronously in different directions, making the screen body do periodical to-and –fro linear moving to achieve screen classification purpose. The crossbeam and side boards of screen are made of stainless steel plate or heat-resisting plate and connected by the rivets to decrease internal stress and make good fastness. The sieve plate of the series of screens are made of wear-resistant materials of heat-resisting, so the screens have the advantages such as heat-resisting, ametabolic, long life ,easy to disassemble. This series use quadric isolated vibrating equipment, so it can decrease concussion to the foundation and reduce foundation cost.
Installation and test
a. Should prevent to start with materials on the machine and clean sundries around vibrating machine before starting.
b. Should stop running to check if operate unbalanced and un-normal sound during working.
c. Regularly check the fastness of all bolts of connecting parts, tighten immediately if bolts become flexible.
d. User should maintain and serve the vibrating motor according to the vibrating motor manual(The grease of the vibrating motor is added generally once every three months. The exciting machine should add grease once a month, a small repair for 6 months, and a major repair for one year)
e. Should clean spring regularly.
Installation and test
a. Check the concrete foundation, bolts and steer plate according to installation chart before installation. The allowable error is within3mm.
b. The series must install on sequence from the bottom to the up, every steps must be adjusted to the primary status before the install of nest steps.
c. Should adjust the mesh to the appropriate place after vibrating screen installation. Both first and second damping spring should keep vertical status. The axes of the vibrating motor should be lower 3-5mm than that of exciting machine. Weld the motor bracket ,spring seat and steel plate.
d. Make sure the spinning directions of two vibrating motors are reverse.
e. The screen can run for 4-6hours under no-load state inquiring the operating balance of the screen body, without swing and un-normal sound. Check the fastness of the screen boards and exciter machine.
