ZFB series Stock-wall vibrator is a new kind of vibrating equipment which installed under hopper directly. The series have advantages such as little cubage, light weight, simple structure, easy use, etc. The series have become the ideal replacement of electromagnetic stock-wall vibrator.
Principle and feature:
The new vibrating motors can make the vibrator vibrate at high frequency with the centrifugal effect. The series products can eliminate the attrition between materials and stock-wall and make the materials discharge fluently.
Installation and maintenance:
The vibrator should be installed at 1/4 height of hopper usually.
The vibrator should be welded on the vibrating board except for the steel hopper and hopper with enhanced tendon.
Maintain the motor’s axletree every month and inject fresh grease. Remove dust regularly and improve heat dissipation conditions.
Check the insulation resistance of the wire circles and tighten the base bolts regularly.
