Xianzhilou Brand Ganoderma Sinensis Slices are made with carefully selected wild Ganoderma sinensis as the material and processes into slices. The slices can be used in decoction, cooking, soaking with wine or directly steeping with boiling water for drinking. [Usage & Dosage]
1. Make Ganoderma Sinensis Slices Tea: Steep 5-8g slices in boiled water, drink it after 3 minutes. It can be repeatedly infused until insipidity. Meanwhile, it can be soaked with medlar, codonopsis pilosula, Chinese date, and chrysanthemum.
2. Make Ganoderma Sinensis Slices Drink: Soak 5-10g slices: add 20 times quantity of water until it boils for 10 to 15 minutes. After drinking it off, you can add water to reboil once or twice. The drink can be used to wash face for beauty care as well.
3. Make Ganoderma Sinensis Slices Wine: Soak 10-20g slices in 500ml of distilled spirit, rice wine or grape wine and seal it for one week. You can add codonopsis pilosula or medlar into the wine. Drink the wine twice a day, 15-20ml each time.
4 Make Ganoderma Sinensis Slices Soup: Add 5-8g slices into your favorite soup such as: chicken, duck, bird’s nest, medlar, etc.
