Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger
Description:
Brazed plate heat exchangers are composed by a set of corrugated stainless steel plates which are brazed by copper in a high temperature vacuum oven, without gaskets and frame structure
Advantages of the brazed plate heat exchanger:
1. Suitable for low purchase price, high technical efficiency combined with thin plate material and low production costs keep the sales price of the brazed heat exchanger at an extremely competitive level
2. With high temperature and pressure resistance, contrary to the traditional plate heat exchanger
3. Supports brazed plate heat exchanger does not contain rubber gaskets and thus operate continuously at the temperatures from minus 180°C up to 200°C
4. The operating pressure can be as high as 30 bars
Typical applications:
. Supports district heating and all parts heating and ventilation
. Supports solar heating and air-conditioning units
. Supports heating pumps and heat recovering units
. With hydraulic and fuel oil units
