Butyl Extruder Machine

2 The main steel structure weldment adopt the advanced vibrating stress release and natural release (key parts), which can release the stress at the most on the material itself and the welding point and maintain the long-term mechanical precision.

4 This machine is under control of PLC system which helps to finish extruding and sealing with high accuracy and high efficiency. It is applicable to square, rectangle, circle and other shapes of aluminum spacing frames with different sizes.
5 The machine is heat-resistant and fully enclosed which solve the problem of butyl leakage. The automatic heating time is adjustable.
6 This machine is equipped with hydraulic system which feeds the sealant.
7 The conveying belt will automatically batch type convey? ? ? If the temperature is over 80 degree centigrade.
8 Straight and curved aluminum frames sealing functions could be switched freely to each other. The nozzle head and the butyl cylinder can be automatically heated.
9 The diameter of butyl cylinder is 195MM.
