It has avoided complex and trivial procedures by integrating functions of sealant, drier and aluminum spacer, which makes it possible to replace several items of procedures only with the adhesive strip.
Characteristics of Strip:
1 To simplify the production procedures by integrating the functions of drier, aluminum spacer and inserting angle;
2 Green product, excellent performance in insulating and sealing, warm edge insulated spacer;
3 High flexibility applicable for insulating glass in any shape;
4 Various colors at choice, different models available;
Characteristics of Glass with Strip:
1. Thermal Insulation: K value in coefficient of thermal conductivity below 3.0KW/M2
2. Sound Insulation: To reduce outdoors noise to 27_50dBs.
3. Resistance to dew condensing and frosting: Dew point to be able to reach-4 40 degree.
4. Seal ability: Uneasy access of moisture and dust into the space between the two pieces of glass.

Strip with groove: 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 16mm, 19mm
