Features:
1.Fluoric plastic heat exchanger is made by the imported raw material from DuPont (TEFLON) in America and Daikin Industries (FLON) in Japan, produced by hot melt welding. It applies to surface treatment in chrome plating, acid copper plating, acid tin plating, zinc plating, insulation, acid plating, anodizing and chemicals, hospitals, food corrosive heating, cooling, evaporation, as well as condensation.
2. Performance of the products: With the adaption of PFA,FEP and the material of tube heating exchanger, the products is more excellent in stability, flexibility, crack resistance and transparency than PTFE, which fits the temperature range form 180℃ to 260℃. It can be bent into any shape (diameter of the bent part ≥150mm), with the merits of good insulation, non-cohesiveness, age resistance, and its age resistance reaches over 10 years no matter it is under any strong corrosive gas, fluid or exposed under any bad circumstance.
3. The product is made by the material of TEFLON (FEP, PFA) and strictly designed according to the customers' request in order to meet the technical standard. Its tube bundle ranges (Diameter: 3mm, 5mm, 6mm, 12mm), directly connected with the flanges at both ends, which forms the entrance and exit of the heat exchanger, fixed by the frame of PP,PVC,PTFE, PVDF, which protects the accessory from collision.
