·         Qingdao Lion Computerized Pillow Machine Model QL003-PF is one of the latest developed machines according to our customer’s requirement and experience during using our machine.

·         It is controlled by PLC computer system that the whole line can be handled by only 2 operators. One people is needed at the operation table for pillow filling. The people's task is to put the pillowcase to the filling slot, after the the pillow is full, take away the pillow, and put a new pillowcase. And another people is needed at the Fiber opener. He needs to put the fiber on the conveyer of the fiber opener continuously.

·         The material required is conjugated hollow siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm. Usually, the material can be mixed with 30% non-siliconized fiber waste or wool etc. NOTE: The user should ask for confirmation from the seller before changing the fillings.

·         The filling time can be adjusted from the PLC control panel according to the different sizes of pillows or cushions.

·         All of the electrical components of our machines are from Siemens and Omron, so you can enjoy the service in your local area if urgent.
