Properties: This product is thermoplastic resin, corresponding to the resin Koresin (Germany), and resin Durez 27276(US). Specific gravity is 1.05. It’ s flammable, soluble in organic solvent such as benzene, toluene, dimethylbenzene, alkane, ester and chloroform. Insoluble in water. And it has no peculiar smell.

 

Applications: it can be used as adhesion promoter for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, especially for SBR, NBR and CR. It is mainly used for the rubber products, which contain a large amount of synthetic rubber and require nice adhesiveness, such as tire, conveyer belt, hose, roller, etc. And it especially be used for increasing rubber’ s viscosity in making radial tire , to promote the ratio of tire building and the quality of tire , The recommended dosage is 2-6 phr.
