Ceramic Capacitor
Temperature Compensation Type Capacitors mainly consist of Titanium. They have the characteristics of low constant, low losses(high quality factor), high stability and linear temperature relationship. All these features suited its capability for temperature compensating mainly use in resonant circuits or in other circuits for which high Q and high temperature-base atability fo circuit constant are required.
  • Operating temperature range: -25oC~85oC
  • Capacitance: Under 1 MHz and 25oC±2oC, Vrms=1.0V conditions, not exceed capacitance tolerance.
  • Q Value: at C<30PF, Q≥400+20xC, at C≥30PF, Q≥1000
  • Insulation resistance: at working woltage for 1 minute, I.R.≥10000MΩ
  • Test voltage: at 2.5 time of working voltage
