MOULS SERVICE PROCESSING

1. DRAWING: Rreceived the 2D or 3D drawings and the technical requirement, we will give the quotation with delivery time as per client’s requirements

2. SALES CONTRACT: Sign the Mould Design and Manufacturer Contract between two parties after receiving client’s production confirmation.

3. DESIGN WORK: We will start design work (for this please send 3D drawing if possible, our specialists will be more efficient work out the design with CAD/CAM/CAE systems)

4. MOULD: We will give the mould drawings within 15 days (depends on the structure of the product), and we start the manufacturer after client’s approval.

5. SAMPLE: Then will be the first test, we will send client the sample injected by the ordered mould.

6. MODIFICATION: Mould modification until clients satisfy with it.

7. DELIVERY: We will deliver the mould after the above mentioned working process.
