the system is used as the forest fire prevention early warming system.

5.Fire point accurate positioning:can calculate the fire point's longitude, latitude and ALT.

6.Querying spatial  analysis :can  query  the  protected  resource  and  the  extingiushment  

   resource fastly.

7.Deduce  spread  of  fire: dynamic deducing the direction, the speed and the area of the fire spread.

8.3D emergency command:can make the complicated emergency command by the  3D electronic sand 

    table.

9.Estimate and summarise after  disaster: estimate  the  burned  area and the  fire  damage  by the 

   GIS data base then provide the  basis for  post-disaster  reconstruction  decision.
