Introduction of Oil Heating
Oil Heating have both the standard and high temperature models. High temperature oil from the mould is returned to the cooling tank and cooled by indirect cooling. It is then pressurized by the high - pressure pump, sent to the heating tank and finally to the mould with a constant temperature. With our optimized design, It can reach a maximum of 180℃ and the OMRON temperature controller can maintain an accuracy of ± 1 ℃.
Application of Oil Heating: Chemical reaction, Rubber and plastic moulds temperature control, Building materials, printing, paper roller temperature control, Food processing, Pharmaceutical, Packaging, and other fields such as heating and thermal insulation with a thermal process.
