Use & indications: Use for occasional or chronic constipation, and for constipation associated with irritable bowel syndrome, diverticulosis, haemorrhoids, convalescence and pregnancy. May be beneficial as part of a cholesterol-lowering program.

Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years: One serving of the measuring spoon (5gm) morning and evening.Children 6-12 years: ½ serving morning and evening.Stir into 150 ml water or juice and drink immediately, followed by additional water.
