The 8x8 HDMI matrix access to eight HDMI sinks, using eight HDMI sources. The matrix allows eight HDMI devices to be switched or split easily to eight HDMI compatible monitors or projectors. The Matrix can also be placed at the end of a long HDMI cable to regenerate the HDMI signal.

l With leds, the status of the inputs and outputs can be easily displayed. If any source or any sink is effectively connected, the relative led will be lit.
With seven-segment digital tube, the user can well know the relationship between the inputs and outputs.
It can smartly jump over those input sources which are not connected.
With the smart function of memory, it can come back to the latest status when restarted
or reconnected.

The front panel of the device shows as figure 1, including power input indicator led, IR receiver, eight seven-segment digital tube, eight input indicator leds ,eight output indicator leds, eight output switch buttons, one reset button.

The rear panel of the device shows as figure 2, including power input interface, RS-232 interface, eight HDMI input interfaces and eight HDMI output interfaces.

The IR remote control panel shows as figure 3, including eight input buttons and eight output buttons. The left are numerical input channels. The right are alphabetic output channels.

CONNECTING AND OPERATING
 
1        Connect one cable from each HDMI source devices into HDMI Matrix inputs.
1.   Connect one cable from each display (monitor or projector) into the HDMI Matrix outputs.
2.   Connect 24V power supply to the HDMI 8x8 Matrix.
3.   Push the buttons on front panel, the user can switch the inputs to output channel relative to the buttons.
4.   Use the IR remote control panel, the user can switch the inputs to output channel relative to the buttons. The Arabic numerals left are eight input channels and the English letters right are eight output channels. First, the user pushes the right button labeled English letter, selecting the output channel. Second, the user pushes the left Arabic numeral, selecting the input channel. Now the output channel and input channel selected are connected.
6.How to use the button to switch?
As shows in figure following, button labeled A indicates the output 1 channel and the input channel connected is in1.The output B channel is connected with the input channel in2, and so on. Push the button, the input will be sent to corresponding output port labeled English letter same as the button orderly.
 
 
 
7.How to use the IR remote control panel to switch?
    As shows in figure following, push the button right labeled English letter, then push the button left labeled Arabic numeral. The selected output and input will be connected. For example one, the button labeled D pushed first and the button labeled 6 pushed second, the input in6 will be sent to output 4 relative to button D. For example two, if the user pushes the button B,and pushes the button 3 subsequently, the in3 will be sent to output 2.
 8.How to use RS-232 interface?
The RS-232 can be used to update software and to monitor the status of the inputs and outputs.  Also it can be used to switch the inputs to outputs. Connected with PC, the user can control the device easily and comfortably sitting in front of PC. The connection with PC and detailed function are described in RS-232 INTERFACE.
 
Handling Precautions: If reconnect and power again when the matrix is working well, you are advised to press the reset button to restart the work.
 Notes:
Pls use the machine as the instruction listed to keep the long use lifetime of the machine.
1.   The machine should be placed at the spot far from the Damp, High-Temperature, Dusty, Erosive, and oxidative environment.
2.   All parts will be free from the strong shake, hit, fall.
3.   Touching the power adaptor with the wet hands is prohibited.
4.   Pls hold the power adaptor head and do not pull the power cord when cut off from the socket.
5.   Pls turn the power off when the machines is not used for long time.
6.   Pls do not open the cover and do not touch the inside parts.
7.   Pls use the original factory power adptor.
 Before power on, pls check the connection line carefully. And make sure that all interfaces are normally connected. The common trouble shooting way shows below:
