Composition and structures:

Round vibration screen includes screen body, screen, exciter, transmission parts etc. vibrator which installed on the side of body drove by the motor through the V-belt drive to rotate,  centrifugal force of inertia is generated and forced the body vibrating. Side plate is made of high-quality steel plate, side plate and beams, vibrator base are connected by high intensity bolt or ring groove rivet.
Screening machine is took seat installation. The adjustment of screen surface inclination can be achieved by adjusting the height of spring base location.
Generally motors installed on the right side of screen body, also can be installed on the left of screen body, if there is no special requirements, manufacturing plant will supply right installation according to the motion direction of materials.
Screen is the main wearing parts. According to variety of materials and user requirements, it can use high-manganese steel woven mesh, perforated metal sieve and rubber sieve, sieve surface has two kinds of single and double, both surface can meet all kinds of high screening efficiency, long service life, no block requirements.

Q:  What type of Impact Crushers should we use?

A Impact Crushers are widely used by industries that process or produce minerals, chemicals, cement, construction, refractoriness', ceramics, glass and glass ware and other industrial sectors where broken and broken bits of a variety of medium hardness materials are used, such as: limestone, clinker, slag, coke, coal etc.

Concentrators or jaw crushers are in the production of sand and gravel. Compared to other type of crushers, jaw crushers have low cost of operation and have time and energy efficient. 

Jaw Crusher

This type of crusher is suitable for materials that have very high resistance and the material is generally used for high wear-resistant such as manganese steel liner. Jaw Crusher's crushing chamber is fitted with two jaw plates (manganese), a jaw plate is fixed and called the fixed jaw, which is based on the top slightly tilted to the outside fixed in the crusher chamber front of body wall, and the other jaw plate back and forth activity is regulated, commonly called the moveable jaw, Also called jaw tongue, incline, coinciding with the fixed jaw plate to form a ladder under a small and big crushing chamber known as working chamber.
 
The fixed jaw plate acts as wall against the crushing jaw plate with a rub of the back and forth movement, and then separates and closes and so on and so forth.

Two jaw plates get separated when the material is inducted into the crushing chamber, By this time, the product is this cut and crushed already with two jaw plates so that the material entering the crushing chamber by the two jaws board extrusion with a rub of the force, thereby bending and splitting of the role of materials for making material broken. Q: What are the common draw backs of Impact Crushers? 

A: Impact Crushers and its remedies. 

1, indicating material is too large, check the feed size. 
2, indicating uneven wear, replace the hammer at the back. 
3, indicates rotor imbalance, need to adjust rotor, read the manual.
4, Something wrong with the foundation, need to check the anchor belts and reinforcement.

Second, if found Crusher (Crusher) bearing heat:

1, indicating inadequate bearing oil, the need for timely replenishing the oil, also more oil will cause excessive bearing heating, be sure to check the oil level when plenish oil
2, bearings damaged, need to replace bearings
3, cover tight, we must regulate the bolts, elastic moderately suitable.

Third, if the Crusher end particle size is too large:
1, indicating hammer wear, the need to replace the hammer.
2, hammer and the back plate of the gap is too large, generally adjusted to 15-20mm.
3, If the input particle size is too large, it will also affect the size and quality of output. 

Fourth, as they are now Crusher (Crusher) Belt turnover:
1, indicating belt wear, need to replace V-belt
2, because the belt assembly problem, need to adjust pulley on the same level
3, must pay attention to the quality of V-belt itself.

Q:  Impact Crusher stone hanging panels are breakable. What are the precautions to be taken against that situation?

1. Position of impact rack shift

The solution: adjust the impact rack, to ensure the regular distance between impact rack and frame plate

2. Frame liner plate wear

The solution: Replace the existing liner.
