Commercial gelatin is manufactured in modern factories operated to the highest health and safety standards.
The raw material for gelatin manufacture is the naturally occurring protein collagen, which is commercially sourced from the meat industry. Each stage of the manufacturing process is rigorously controlled in modern laboratories to ensure purity and quality. The process of converting collagen into gelatin involves several cleansing and purification steps and the end result is a pale yellow dry powder which is a true foodstuff.
Gelatin contains:
·        84-90% protein
·        1-2% mineral salts
·        8-15% water
·        It is free from additives and preservatives
Edible Gelatin is light yellow to yellow fine grain. This product consists of 18 types of amino acid and 90% collagen with non-fat, sugar and other caloric value of material, and possesses health and beauty effects, excellent protective colloid, surface activity , viscous nature of filming, suspended emulsion, buffer nature, infiltration, stability, soluble nature, affinity, regulating the growth of crystals, bond and clarification, and so on. Our products can be widely used in making candy, jelly, gel, cold drink, wine clarification, dairy products, canned food, pastries, meat, sausage, ham, skin cold, instant noodles, bio-products, health food and other food industry. Workshop are closed with stainless steel full-line, which can produce particulate five meshes, and can also make into 10-120 mesh shaped like milk. Meanwhile, we own Muslim factory workshops applying for HALAL certificate. The product is under the GB 6783-94 national standard. Our company is appointed to handle the SGS, ITS quality certificate, CIQ Veterinary (Health) Certificate and Commercial Inspection Certificate.
