General Description
ADHESIVE STRIP, a new material for insulating glass, is a high performance polymer produced with proprietary formula through special process. It has avoided complex and trivial procedures by integrating functions of sealant, drier and aluminum spacer, which makes it possible to replace several items of procedures only with the adhesive strip.

Opening & Repacking
Read the packing box and pay attention to the model of the product and its date of manufacture
Open the bag carefully without slits to ensure the sealing of repacking. Then take out the disk to obtain the strip
Repack the strip by extruding the air in the bag and tightening the opening mouth of the bag

Manufacturing Procedures of Insulating Glass with ADHESIVE STRIP
The introduction of ADHESIVE STRIP has made the process of insulating glass so simple that both mass-manufacture and small-scale production of glass in any shape and size are available. All you need is the. ADHESIVE STRIP and two pieces of glass. The procedure follows the steps below:
Give sanding to the glass that has been cut into right size, so that the possibilities of injury and product defect could be minimized.
Provide two pieces of glass that have been cleaned, choose one piece and stick the strip onto one corner of it, stretch the strip along the four sides of the glass and at the same time keep the strip 2mm or 3mm off the edge. (Try not to touch the adhesive side of the strip onto which the other piece of glass will be stuck.)
Press the other piece of glass onto the strip and keep the two pieces in conformity
Send the dual-layer glass into the hot press from which the most ideal temperature of the strip is expected to be 50°C60°C. In hot days, due acceleration or discontinuous heating of the hot press is feasible, so that high negative pressure will be avoided
Seal the last mouth after the glass comes out of the hot press. Make sure the two ends of the strip have enough contact and no air bubble or air channel be left
Both auxiliary equipment and considerate service will be provided for you to manufacture insulating glass with the HUALI ADHESIVE STRIP. If production is conducted with equipment supplied by other factories, make sure the temperature and size of glass coming out of the machine be correctly controlled. To avoid contacts with anything that will affect the adhesiveness of the strip to glass
To make sure the glass is clean and dry for operation

To give daily check to the temperature and size of glass coming out from the hot press
To conduct sealing of the last mouth carefully in three steps of hot pressing, air releasing and sealing
To place the finished insulating glass vertically and limit the pieces of glass in one bundle within 20 pieces
