TGIC is an Isocyanurate based crystalline polyepoxide compound and it has better heat resistance , weather resisitance adhesion and excellent high temperatre stability .

 

Application:

1.       used as cross linked hardner for pure polyester powder coating .the usage is about 7-8% of the polyester weight (depending on acid value )

2.       2.used as cross-linked hardner for carboxyl acrylic resins , the usage is about 7% of resin weight (depending on acid value )

3.       3.used for high quality insulative material , as stabilizer of fire –retardant, modified epoxy resin, confected high effect binder, plastic stabilizer etc .

1.Appearance :   white in granule or powder form

2.Epoxide equivalent :  no more than 110g/eq

3.Total Chloride:      no more than 110%

4.Melting range :      90-120 Celsius degree

5.Viscosity(120 Celsius degree):   no more than 100cp

6.Volatile:            no more than 1.0%

ECH remainings :      no more than 50ppm
