INTRODUCTION: ZD308/300 is a high aliphatic compounds, it’s a high effective anti-static agent searched by our company special for powder coatings, the main principles is to charge transfer through the proton exchange .add around 0.3% in total standard powder coating formulation, it will change the surface resistivity of powder coatings

---TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:

1.       Appearance: white fine powder

2.       Organic ingredients: 99.5%

3.       Hydroxyl value : 200mg KOH/g

 

-----APPLICATION:

1.       Prevent adverse consquence of electricity in the spray processing .such as print transfer and adhesion in uneven conditions.

2.       It’s special deal with the Farady Effect and enlarge the transfer efficiency, then get the uniform and excellent coating

3.       Adjust the surface of coating , prompt levelling  and enhance the film impression .

 

----RECOMMEND QUANTITY:  0.3%-0.5% in total standard powder coating formulation.
