Our company is industrial base of China Architecture R & D Institute Architecture Mecha- nism Branch. Goodeng machine has already produced 20 models horizontal directional drilling machines from 18 Ton to 800 Ton by professional research team, which fills the blank at home and abroad in horizontal directional drilling machine. The 800 Ton rig is the biggest in the world.

 

Goodeng machine new produce base—Jiangsu Goodeng Engineering Machinery Assembling CO.LTD, which was completed and put into produce in Aug, 2009, locates in Changzhou Gaoxin Industry Garden, Dafeng, Jiangsu, China, with area of 110 Mu, beautiful environment and complete equipments, which is a new leaf of Goodeng machine.

1.      Small Series Drilling Rigs

Goodeng machine adopts Cummins engineering machinery engine; hydraulic system of Am. Sauer Danfoss close-circuit variable piston pump, Italy Dinamil speed reducer, Huade Dual speed piston hydraulic motor and so on. Goodeng machine is the first company that the push and pull system adopts rack and pinion transmission in all models, four connecting rods adjust angle system, steel caterpillar with rubber board and so on. Am. Sauer Danfoss electricity proportional control system;

2.      Middle Series Drilling Rigs

Goodeng machine is designed for big trenchless pipeline projects in city,which has the advantages of movable main axle of power head,clutch force increase structure,cabin with air conditioner,four connecting rods adjust the angle of main beam.Meanwhile,Goodeng machine have the characteristics of big power,small overall size and easy operating.

3.      Big Series Drilling Rigs

Goodeng machine adopts dual engines, international advanced hydraulic system(Am. Sauer Danfoss close-circuit variable piston pump and load sensitive pump,Italy Sam hydraulic motor and wash valve, German swivel, Italy Dinamil speed reducer and so on.) Imported main oil pipe, big modulus alloy, rack and pinion for push and pull, walking system adopts wide steel caterpillar or wheel-borad model;The main beam adopts the whole stucture in all models.The whole structure is wled only once;Bis rigs are separated to one in all rig and seperated ones according to customers’ requirements.
