Embroidery Quilting machine machine mainly used for make sewing and embroidery on the continuous fabric rolls of quilt, beddings, bedspread, and cushion , decoration arts etc. widely used in textile and garment industry. The widest 3.3 meter in width and come with 20 , 22, 25, 33 heads to do fantastic big designs, speed up to 1000rpm. This machine can also attach every special device as our easy chenille device and make chenille embroidery on continuous designs.
Quilting embroidery machine can add sequins device and boring device to make perfect continous embroidery without frame change.

13 X, Y, AND Z axis to be controlled by servomotors, Panasonic servo motor driving in X,Y axis and Z axis is China-American cooperated servomotor. The whole machine is very stable and sensitive, high precision.
14 Automatic tensioning system, assuring the stitches very tight and the stitches is very flat, neat and nicety. It has 4 material feeding motors to feeding the material, and 1 material pulling motor to pulling out the material after the work, and 1 material picking motor. These 6 motors are working together to finish material feeding works.
15. Latest computer control system to ensure precision and high speed. All advantage of RP embroidery computer control system apply on this machine.
