WFS16 differential pressure flow switch with single set point is specially designed to monitor flow of heat exchanger in water chilling unit. The problem was settled, that can not use differential pressure switch because the differential pressure is so small.

It is a new type, when the water flow (different pressure) in system rises up or falls down to one set value, it will output a warning or sent switch-off signal to automatic control system. WFS16 series is a kind of flow switch with single set point and it could not be changed. So if the Air-Conditioner producers choose this type, the user could not change the flow set point, then it will avoid the mistake in Installing Air-Conditioner. It is usually used to monitor the flow in plate and double pipe heat exchanger, installed in the water outlet. The manufacturer printed the calibrated value on the label of product, does not readjust in the field, could calibrate by professional instrument according to the differential pressure that required by equipment.
