The self-aligning roller bearing is robust with its inherent self-aligning function. The two rows of rollers enable the bearing to bear a heavy load. The self-aligning roller bearing not only has a wide range of size, but also includes special designs such as bearings for vibrating screens and similar applications.
The self-aligning roller bearing can bear both a greater radial load and a certain axial load. As the outer ring ball race of the bearing is spherical, the bearing has a self-aligning function and still works when the relative titling degree between the inner ring center line and the outer ring center line is from 1 to 2.5 degrees.
The self-aligning bearing has two types of bores, namely a cylindrical bore and a conical bore. The conicity of the conical bore is 1:12 or 1:30. In order to strengthen the lubricating performance of the bearing, an annular oil groove and three evenly distributed oil holes are arranged on the outer ring of the bearing.
The self-aligning roller bearing, which is suitable for bearing a heavy load and an impact load, is widely applied to industries such as metallurgy, rolling mill, mine, petroleum, paper making, cement, sugar pressing, etc.
