The main power is two sets 373kw/1800rPm Dongfeng Cummins engines for supporting the rotation of the main axle and pull & push of the power head, which could work separately according to the working conditions.

If two motors work together, they could achieve the max. torque, the max. rotary speed, the max. pulling and pushing force and the max. pulling and pushing speed. The change of oil pump or output of motor could adjust the returning and pulling and pushing speed. But they couldn’ t be in the condition of the max. working pressure and the max. output at the same time. They should be in the opposite side.

If it is one motor under working, it could adjust oil pump or the output of motor to change the torque and rotary speed. If reduce the output of motor, the rotary speed will accelerate and the torque is lower. If reduce the output of the oil pump, the torque will keep and the speed become lower. If close some of the pulling and pushing motor or reduce the output of motor, it could keep the pulling and pushing speed but the pulling force reduced. Two of them could interchange to work. The un-work pushing and pulling machines are separate from the clutch. The design not only save the fuel as well as prolong the life.

  The rotating and pushing & pulling of rotary driving head adopt the close circuit. Other assistant mechanism adopts open circuit, which could low down the temperature and reduce the wear.

Pulling & pushing motors and reducer are connected with manual clutches, which could be interchanged, which prolongs the life of motor and speed reducer.

The movable main axle unloads the drill rod conveniently. it eliminate the load and avoid the mud leak.  

The movable main beam is convenient to carry up and down, to transport and adjust the entry angle.

  It adopts the single side-double cylinder, the front and back clamp could be separated and movable.

It is controlled by wire, the operate position is at the back of the power head, which has larger room and easy to operate.

  The pushing & pulling speed and rotating of rotary driving head could be adjusted. Hydraulic motor could set speed on level three. The working pressure could be controlled within the limitation to adjust the torque and pull & pull force at any time to avoid the drill rod to be broken.

  It is equipped with mud pressure release mechanism; it is reliable by show of mud pump pressure, which is unique.

  It is equipped separately with heating and cooling systems for hydraulic oil

The separated operating room is big with several seats, which is comfortable with good vision. It is equipped with air conditioner.

  One side and back of the main beam are equipped anti-slippery pathway and protecting rods.

The control system adopts engineer machinery anti-vibration PLC system.

It is equipped with support of the middle drill rod, which could control the speed and adjust the height of the support rod.  

  The caterpillar of main body can be removed, which could reduce the weight of transportation. The power station of the main body is wheel and separate system, which is movable and removable, and can support walking and position.
