Main features of Food grade silicone for molding cakes:
Food grade Silicone Rubber for molding cakes with Low Viscosity, good operability, exceptional fluidity, good temperature, solvent resistance, and insulation properties, excellent tensile and tear strength, as well as good elasticity.
 
Using Instructions of Food grade silicone for molding cakes:
1. Applicable to the injection molding process 
2. Mixing component A with B evenly according its mix ratio, it is ready for use after degassing , it cures by heating up the temperature when pouring into the mold.
 
3. The curing time is subject to the temperature, short time will be required under high temperature, long time will be required while the product with large thickness.
 
 
Package and storage precautions of Food grade silicone for molding cakes:
1. The material is packed in 20kg per drum.
2. It is non-dangerous goods, should be stored at a cool and dry place, keep from sun and rain.
3. The service life is 12 months, it can be used after reinspection when exceeding time limits.
4. It is forbidden to mix with organic compounds of condensation cure silicone rubber, otherwise, the silicone rubber will not cure or vulcanize. It also should keep from organic compounds containing S, P,N, and metal salt of organic acid which causing silicon not cure or unvulcanized.
