Automatic Powder Spraying Machine is a post-press equipment to replace traditional color powder managed by hand, applicable for spot powder glittering, surface bulging with powder and similar color powder finishing arts of poster, card, painting and film.

The core part such as conveyer belt, ventilator and frequency converter are all imported. It is easy to operate and easy to be connected with IR/UV drying equipment.

 

1. Imports Teflon screen belt, noiseless, resistant to static high-temperature and abrasion; smooth delivery.

2. Color powder sprayed evenly and smoothly on printed material surface.

3. With color powder recycle system, redundant powder slightly pressed before drying and will be solid and even for re-use.

4. Powder spraying-Slight cylinder press-recycle and Dry, all automatic, highly efficient to avoid uneven spray by hand.
