SJT-JZ-PF Industrial roll slitting rewinder has the features of double functions of producing small jumbo roll and toilet paper roll, rewinding and slitting at the same time.
Main specification of machine:
1. Roll withdraws by air-shaft
2. Horizontal style paper unwind stand, deliver paper with pneumatic wide belt, with separate web tension control device and sides tension control device in each roll of raw paper.
3. Steam type on paper greatly reduce the labor intensity.
4. Edge embossing: with special pneumatic pressing wheel, and high rigidity bottom embossing roller.
Paper tail-trimming and sealing: the synchronized finished of automatic paper tail trimming, spraying adhesive and sealing .
