SJT-HC Facial tissue making machine adopts with advanced technology of PLC computer programming variable frequency speed regulating, automatic counting and dividing device, and with HMI operation interface, the dates inputted to the controlling system can be displayed.
Main characteristic:
1. Back stand: 2 layers, deliver with pneumatic wide belt, moreover the stand have independent web tension control device and sides tension control device for each roll of raw paper.
2. Steam type on paper greatly reduce the labor intensity.
3. With the function of automatic brake at paper broken, it can save the material.
4. Can fold different width product: flexible longitudinal cutting device, can adjust the slitting width within 100-210mm.
5. Optional edge embossing and embossing or flash device.
6. Roots vacuum pump adsorption system, make the machine has the feature of large adsorbing amount and stable pressure loading.
