    The mobile crushing and screening plant(Mobile Crusher) is flexible, convenient and strong in mobility, so it can save a large construction capital and relocation. Raw Materials can be broken at the locale without being transported again, and also can be moved with the promotional exploitation of the raw material, which saves a large number of transportation costs. Henan Zhongcheng Machinery Co., Ltd specializes in producing crusher, screen, transportation, and other rock breaking and minerals processing equipment. On the basic of the professional technology, we optimize and introduce newly two large and three small series crushing and screening equipment. The mobile series is tracked crushing plant, and the portable series is tyred crushing plant. Each large series are divided into three series: rough, middle and fine crushing and screening mobile plant. Therefore, it can fully adapt to the various mobile crushing and screening, which creates more new business opportunities for customers while reducing the cost of the production.

    1. Reliable performance, Convenient maintenance:
Crushing and screening series of Zhongcheng company incudes Jaw Crusher, Impact Crusher, Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher, Cone Crusher, Vibrating Screen and so on. All these machines are known for their excellent performance and high reliability. The main machines on the Mobile crushing production line are manufactured by our company. Trough optimization and enhanced design, the products will have highly intensity, and better performance.
    2. light weight, strong mobility:
All the basic parts are units. Feeder and jaw crusher compose the unit of rough crushing, Cone crusher and vibrating feeder are the unit of middle crushing. In each unit, all the parts are integrated, and the structure are compact highly, which saves more space and reduces the weight. Different units are installed in the independent mobile vehicle. Therefore, in the same unit, the position can be adjusted, and it can run on the highway. (Different country and area have their different traffic rules. The design of mobile crushing and screening plant should consider these different rules. Portable series need to be draged by trailor.)
    3. Flexible combination, strong adaptability:
There are many kinds of configuration for crushing plants and the common ones are given in the following table. Users can also customize the design according to their own needs. (But first they should communicate with the manufacturer.)
    “Break first, screen second”, or “screen first, break second” process flow can be formed according to different crushing reprocess requirements, and also crushing and screening can be used independently. According to practical demand, the crushing plant can be made up of two crushing and screening systems rough and fine crushing, or three crushing and screening systems:rough, middle and fine crushing. The crushing plant(Mobile Crusher) is flexible and each part can function independently.
