Plate Heat Exchanger consists of a set of corrugated plates on which there are four angular holes for the two kinds of liquid(gas)to pass through.
The metal plate are mounted in a frame which has a fixed plate and a movable keep plate on the sides, held together by fashening bolts.Sealing gaskets are mounted on the plate to seal the fluid channel and guide the fluid to flow into coorresponding channels in turn. The corrugated plates can not only enhance turbulence but also form sufficient supporting points to bear the pressure differece between the mediums.
The metal plates and the movable keep plate are hung on the upper leader and fixed by the lower leader.The ends of the leaders are fixed on supporting pillars.
