The working principle of our electromagnetic heating equipment is to transform electric energy into magnetic energy, make the heating body self-heat when induct magnetic energy (conversion efficiency can reach 95% or more). This heating method thoroughly solves the low efficiency of resistance heating. Comparing with the traditional resistance heating, our electromagnetic heating has the following advantages.

1) Save electricity more than 50%, reduce the production cost.

2) Under the same conditions, shorten the 1/3 preheating time, save production time.

3) Lower the surface temperature of heating unit to 60℃-80℃ (available to human body), make the working environment more comfortable. Improve a lot comparing with Resistance heating, save ventilation cost for enterprise.

4. Remove the resistance heating coil, save maintaining and replacing cost.
