Durable adhesive performance. Water-wave structure of aluminum core and curve shaped of interfacial bonding with front and back aluminum sheet, using thermolsetting joint at metal sheet, manufactured by advanced automatic production line.
Best thermal insulation. By the effects of solar radiation, heat is taken away by the upward flow of warm air in the channel between the front and back sheets.
Environmental protection.The excess material of installation can be recycled and is free from contamination.
Excellent flatness. The tensile and compressive strength along with 180° racking strength of corrugated panels are better than honeycomb panel; the linear expandability is lower than aluminum plate and has less deformation after expansion and contraction.
Easy to process and install. It may be cut, punched, bent and made into heterogeneous plate, arc plate. The side rib and middle fortified rib can be connected by rivets easily and firmly. By useing compression connection, hanging connection, slot and shut seam structure, the panel is safe, durable and the surface is flat.
