applications area:The LED display, general power electrical module, pixel tube, HID power supply, potting and protection. Note: this series product can be made according to need adjustable dumb light effect.Method of use:
1, measurement: weighing A, B, m.p., proportional distribution glue.
2, mixing: first A component mix, then B component to join with A component with the glue containers mixing.
3, pouring: mix will melt TuoPao (vacuum or quiet place), can be carried out after potting.
4, curing: potting good parts at room temperature under curing, solid can enter early next working procedure, to fully cure to 24 hours. Summer temperature, curing is quicker, The winter of low temperature, curing will slowly.
Note: in curing produces in the process of small molecules incomplete release before, do not hold potting device fully closed, and high temperature (> 100 °C). If need to fully closed, in guangdong area, suggest summer 3 days, winter 7 days before to undertake airtight.Note:
A, deserve to glue the matters needing attention
1 and after weighing on A components should be properly before mixing, make sink to the bottom of the pigment (or packing) scattered to glue, otherwise it will cause curing slow, viscosity and inhomogenous color wait for A phenomenon.
2, electronic says accuracy for best 1 g, to ensure A and B component ratio accurately.
3, each match the glue must be in 30 minutes after using, otherwise viscosity will gradually become larger, liquidity becomes poor.
4, in use with a plastic container again with glue, must the tank clean incomplete glue, glue, otherwise may continue to match easily cause gum filamentous content, poor liquidity inside.
Second, encapsulating compound precautions
1, potting before please first the module in May occur leak adhesive parts of the appropriate sealing after encapsulating compound.
2, try not to let adhesive to the light on the surface, if stick to surfaces, immediately with cotton cloth rub-up.
3, after curing if there is adhesive in light plane, with cotton cloth dips in alcohol wipe the surface can.
4, encapsulating compound equipment should be regularly clean, if use glue pot encapsulating compound, to ensure that no glue HuNa has begun to solidify the glue.
