SC-7103 TS record & play card is PCI recoding & play card meet with MPEG-II/DVB standard, to provide a complete API interface functions and it is ideal hardware development platform for digital TV equipment. Play card is mainly used to send transporting stream date stored in computer hardware in specific code rate, and it can be used as digital TV stream generator.
