Description of Cement Block Making Machine QT10-15:
1.This cement block making machine is equipped with PLC full-automatic operational system.
2.This cement block making machine requires a concrete mixer with a high capacity to maintain a constant flow of blocks.
3.Box filler of hopper is used for feeding materials into the mould which is wholly operated by using hydraulic system.The height of the box feeder can be adjusted according to the mould being used, and there is a cleaner brush in the box filler, for cleaning the upper section of the mould.
4.Cement block making machines are designed by using vibration system. There are starting vibration and main vibration.
5.The mould consists of box and temper head, where we use special raw materials that the mould may last longer. There are two rails on the box that functions as guiding rail for box filler.
