Top loading and top discharging flexitank
It is composed of four layer PE inner film which thickness is 0.125mm and single coating PP woven fabric of 220g/㎡ high strength and wear-resistance. Tongshuai flexitank’s capacity is ranging from 16 to 24 stere ( We will select most suitable and safe capacity according to your shipping cargo). There is a feeding and discharging valve which specification is 2” ball valve, 3”butterfly valve or 4” butterfly valve on the flexitank top.

4.exhaust valve (for optional) There is a exhaust valve on the top of flexitank. The exhaust valve will avoid the problem of flexitank can’t be filled because of too much air. And the valve can exhaust air produced during loading at any time.
5.heating pad (for optional) At low temperature.product of high melting point would become sticky and is not easy to discharge, therefore when transporting at low-temperature ,we suggest to install a heating pad to solve the problem. We put one heating pad on the bottom of the container when install flexitank, and heat the product with steam and hot water (that is inside of heating pad) before unloading, which would make discharge easier.
