HDMI to Mini DisplayPort Converter
1.0 Introduction
This Converter fully converts HDMI/DVI/Mini DVI signal into standard DisplayPort or Mini DisplayPort signal. It perfectly connects different source devices to DisplayPort or Mini DisplayPort Displays by using the provided conversion cables. It supports resolution max up to 1920x1200.
1.1 Features
This Converter has many features that enable it to perform in a superior manner.
Among those features you will find:
l Compatible HDMI 1.3b, DVI/Mini DVI 1.0 Input,
l Supports DisplayPort/Mini DisplayPort 1.1a output
l Supports HDMI resolution of max up to 1920x1080p
l Supports HDMI uncompressed 2 channel audio such as LPCM.
l Supports DVI/Mini DVI resolution of max up to 1920x1200
l Storing EDID information on the converter to make sure that there is a better compatibility between the source and display
l Video Pass-Through, not scaling
Note:
If display is Apple iMac 27’’, resolution of sources must be pre-set on 1280x720.
If display is Apple 24’’, resolution of sources must be pre-set on 1920x1200.
