Powder transport truck drives air compressor with truck power, and transports compressed air into air chamber located on the bottom of sealed tank through pipe. Then the powder on chamber liquid fluidized bed suspend in fluid state. When tank pressure reach rated value, open discharge valve, and the fluid material is transported through pipe.
Powder transport truck mainly consists of tank, feed inlet, liquid fluidized bed, discharge nozzle, intake pipe and other accessories. There is an intake pipe in front chamber and one in rear chamber, the function of opening simultaneously and controlling separately can be realized by ball valve.
