1.Rotary kiln is the main equipment for calcinating cement clinker. The cement rotary kiln produced by our company can be used for chemical industry,metallurgy industry and etc.
2.To pass through the technology innovation of its calcination system we adopt the most advanced hydraulic catch wheel and high accuracy speed control valve both at home and abroad. In order to raise up automation degree ,industrial TV has been used at the kiln head for monitoring kiln,imitation screen has been used for display of process flow;infrared scanning system has been adopted for sintering zone to directly reflect the burning conditions on the computer.
3.With the use of these new technologies,it is directly in vision,convienent in operation and reliable in use. Compared with the same specification equipment its production has been increased 5% to 10% and heat consumption has been reduced 15% down.
The cement rotary kiln can be used in complete cement production line with a capacity of 1200 ton per day.
