 Valve Fire safe feature :

 

 

With the valve heated in a fire application,the non-metal material parts such as seat sealing ring of PTFE,stem backseat gasket gland packing and the sealing gasket between body and bonnet might disintegrate or be damaged due to high temperature. We specially designed structure of auxiliary metal to metal seal is provided to effectively prevent both internal and external leakage of the valve. As required by customers, Our ball valves with design can meet the requirement of APl 607.

 

Anti-static feature :

 

Ball valve can be designed to anti-static according to customers requirement. It adopts a spring- piller device design, which can for a path between ball and body or stem and body, for the static. The static which produced by the friction of stem and ball is leaded directly to the earth through above means, this guarantees the safety and avoids fire and explosion .
