This line can continuous produce PE, PP, PA, PB, EVA, PVC and some other single wall corrugated pipes. These pipes are high temperature bearing, corrosion resistance, durable, high strengthened, and flexible.
They are widely used as protection sleeve in wiring cable of cars, electric wire, telecommunication cable, machine tool wire, light wires, and as drainage pipe of air conditioner and washing machine, etc. SJDBGZ series single wall corrugated pipe lines designed by HUASU drives mould blocks by gear wheel.
The sole plate of this series lines adopted water cooling while products adopted air cooling. This line has a very high forming speed with even and smooth surface of finished pipes. The finished products specially are suitable for protection of wire cable in excellent cars.
