Gantry Welding Equipment
Introduction
This series of gantry submerged arc welding equipments are mainly used for automatic submerged arc welding of H type steel, and it can weld the ship type position for two H type steel at the same time.
This machine has automatic bi-direction arc-striking deviceand automatic flux feeding and recovering device. The automatic bi-direction arc-striking device, fully considering the actual demanding of welding, as the only manufacturer using straight line rail in the country, has a highly tracking accuracy, small volume and it can dynamically track the welding seam and realize the bi-direction welding to ensure the quality and improve the efficiency(generally, the arc-striking structure of the other companies will cause 200mm before and after the welding seam can not be welded, but our company only about 60mm).
The automatic flux feeding and recovering device can reduce the cost and
labour intensityof workers to improve work efficiency, and the manual welding and semi-automatic welding equipment can not beat this. The welding bench is driven by AC frequency conversion motor for stepless speed regulation and stable travel. The welding power adopts DC-1000 arc welding power imitating Lincoln company’s. with the main body produced by Chengdu Lijia Science and Technology Co., Ltd, the MZ9 type wire feed welding head with three proprietary patents, and digital display welding controller KZ-3, etc. to ensure the quality and stability. In addition, our company can also supply single welding head double wire single power and single welding head double wire two power(one AC and one DC) gantry H type steel automatic welding equipment, with a high welding deposition efficiency, and the efficiency is 70% higher than using single wire, and the surface of welding seam is more beautiful.
