Every one of our fireplace surrounds can be installed as part of a new home construction or a remodeling project for an existing home by a carpenter, contractor or do it yourself. 

The surrounds are designed to be installed with our easy wall cleat system, per the installation kit and instructions included with each mantel.  The fireplace mantels come either in one or three pieces depending on the styles ordered.  All fireplace surrounds must be installed in accordance with local building codes.

6) Payment Terms: 30% prepay by T/T when sign the contract, the other 70% should be paid by T/T at receiving copy of the B/L
